Tintagel sits on Cornwall's dramatic north coast, famous worldwide for its castle ruins on the headland, the legend of King Arthur, Merlin's Cave, and some of the most spectacular clifftop scenery in the country. English Heritage's footbridge reconnected the two halves of the headland and brought even more visitors to an already iconic destination.
