Salt Wind Catering is a family-run catering company based in Redruth, in the heart of Cornwall. We have been feeding people at weddings, parties, corporate events and private gatherings since 2020, building a reputation for generous portions, honest pricing and food that actually tastes home-cooked — because it is.

We cover the whole of Cornwall and many parts of Devon, from Bude to the Lizard and across to Plymouth and Exeter. Every event is backed by our 5-star food hygiene rating (certified by Cornwall Council), full NCASS accreditation, and £10M public liability insurance — so you can relax and enjoy the day knowing the catering is in safe hands.

Our 17 services range from cold buffets starting at £6.75 per person through to premium seafood platters and live charcoal cooking stations. Everything is made to order using ingredients from local Cornish suppliers wherever possible — nothing is mass-produced, nothing sits in a warehouse. Whether you need a relaxed BBQ for 30 or a formal wedding breakfast for 300, we will tailor a menu and a quote to fit your event and your budget.
